SAP and Business Analysis – Our IIBA Germany Roundtable

As on every second Wednesday of the month, we meet for an informal roundtable discussion to exchange perspectives on the role of Business Analysis. This time, on December 10 at 7:00 PM, we will focus on the introduction of SAP and SAP migrations in the context of a post-merger integration.

I will share insights from my most recent project, including the overall approach, typical pitfalls, and situations where I had to step into the role of the Business Analyst to help users navigate the transition.

The SAP experts were strongly focused on the purely technical solution and its implementation within the existing template. Through Business Analysis, however, we were able to bridge several gaps and align the solution more closely with business needs.
